Heart conditions cause arrhythmia

Any change of heart can lead to development of arrhythmia due to:

Renal blood flow. If the blood supply to the heart is reduced, it can change the heart cell's ability to function normally - something that also applies to the cells that leads the electrical impulses in the heart.

Injury or death of heart tissue. When the heart tissue destroyed or dies, it can affect the way electrical impulses travel through the heart.

Coronary heart disease
The disease includes two conditions angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, and it is due to reduced or blocked circulation in the coronary arteries (coronary arteries). Although coronary heart disease has been associated with many forms of arrhythmia, it is most often associated with ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. The narrowing of the coronary arteries may rise as part of your heart dies because of lack of blood (heart attack) an old heart attack, leaving a scar in the myocardium. Electrical short circuits around the scar may interfere with the normal cardiac function by causing the heart to beat dangerously fast (ventricular tachycardia) or to go into flicker (ventricular fibrillation) untreated ventricular fibrillation leading to death.

Cardiomyopathy
This condition occurs primarily when a ventricular wall stretched and enlarged (dilated cardiomyopathy) or when the left ventricular wall thickening and inhibit the pumping of blood (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy). In both cases, reduced the heart's ability to pump blood, and it often leads to damage to heart tissue.

Conditions which can cause arrhythmia

Valvular Disease
Heart valves to leak or narrowing and thickening of heart muscle can lead to coverage. As a result of the additional load on the valves of the heart chambers in a narrow or expand the weakening of the leaks, there is a risk of arrhythmia may occur.
