Insomnia related to anxiety: Definitions

Insomnia refers to various sleep disorders affecting sleep, sleep quality, duration and continuity. Insomnia can be punctual or extend over several days or weeks. Anxiety on the other hand is defined as a feeling fear or apprehension out of any event objectively dangerous. The apprehension of a painful course of the present and the future can become disabling in everyday life. It is known to profoundly affect the sleep cycle.

What are the symptoms of insomnia anxiety?
