Stages of test
1. Bringing the sample and test reagents chilled to room temperature.
2. Then, Phase flowed through the bag open. Remove the test cassette and pipette. Place the test device on a clean, flat surface.
3. Identify the cassette with the patient's name or identification number.
4. Add 1 drop (25 ml) of serum with a pipette or a syringe into the wells of the sample S and two drops of buffer solution dropper bottle.
Test results (see image above left)
Negative
One colored line appears in the control region, and no colored line CNTL areas of testing HIV-1 and HIV-2. The serum sample does not contain antibodies against the viruses HIV-1 and HIV-2.
HIV-1 positive
You will see a colored line in the control area and the area CNTL HIV-1 test, and no colored line in the test area HIV-2. The serum sample contains only antibodies against HIV-1.
Positive HIV-2
You will see a colored line in the control area and the area CNTL test HIV-2, and no colored line in the test region HIV-1. The serum sample contains only antibodies against HIV-2.
Positive to HIV-1 and HIV-2
You will see a colored line in the control area and CTRL in each zone test HIV-1 and HIV-2. The serum sample contains antibodies against HIV-1 and HIV-2.
Negative control
There will be no colored line in the control area cTnI. Repeat the test using the test device.
