Down's syndrome
The human body consists of millions of cells inside the nucleus of each cell's genetic information in chromosomes that determines all the hereditary characteristics of a human being. Normally, each cell contains 23 chromosomes inherited from each parent, a total of 46 chromosomes per cell. The cell divides so that all cells contain the exact same genetic information. A person with Down syndrome had an extra chromosome 21, so that this person has 3 instead of two chromosomes 21.
In addition to changes in physical features, the Down's syndrome associated with increased risk of heart disease and mental reduction.
